Collection by Optimite, the largest archive of emails in the world is utilized by thousands of people to find inspiration for their next email. There’s also Recovero, the platform that we are building to help eCommerce businesses build relationships with their customers using SMS & Whatsapp.

- Job Description

You want to participate in building the future of commerce. You love to meet new people and animate communities to help businesses grow successfully.

You’ll build the future of commerce in a brand new team with a lot of flexibility and resources. You’ll be able to test new acquisition channels, launch campaigns (cold email, ads, social media, etc.), create specific content (blog article, videos, etc.), organize events (webinars, group calls, etc.), and network across the world.

Phase 1: week-1 (Onboarding)

  • Deep dive into the vision, the mission, and who our Ideal Customer Profile is.
  • Full audit of recovero, our conersational commerce platform.
  • Understand the current marketing tech stack.
  • Start working on an action plan for the next weeks.

Phase 2: week-2 to week-3 (Funnel & community)

  • Start implementing an acquisition funnel.
  • Leverage our existing communities.
  • Book networking call with remote teams.
  • Create content around the community and recovero.

Phase 3: week-4 & ongoing (Community animation)

  • Propose an event calendar for the community.
  • Start organizing your first event.
  • Launch a wider outreach campaign to network with startups and entrepreneurs and invite them to join community.
  • Hop on calls with existing members of the community to accompany them on their business to make sure they make the best out of recovero.
  • Launch your first event on the community.

You are ambitious and you want to work in a creative and challenging environment. You have at least 2 years of experience in sales and growth, ideally in a fast-growing startup.

  • You are a doer and know how to lead by example.
  • You are completly able to work autonomously and you’re adaptable.
  • You love communities and you understand how powerful being a “connector” can be.
  • You are creative and believe that you can always challenge the status quo.
  • You understand that planning is necessary but that changing a plan is part of the game.
  • You’re fluent in English (near native-level) both speaking and writing.

Nice to have:

  • You’ve worked with and supported online stores.
  • You’ve managed a community.
  • You’re a pro meme creator and can envision the possibilities as you’re writing.
