Community Manager

Recovero is looking for an absolutely exceptional community manager to join our mission. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a hyper-growth startup. 

If you’re a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional that LOVES people then you’ll be perfect for this role. You should be experienced in social media, PR, and promotional events. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. 

We want to create unique, stunning messaging that propels us as an industry and thought leader. You’ll be in charge of helping us increase the virality of the product by enhancing our communities, improving the company’s outreach across many different channels, and helping our fanatic users share Recovero. You should be ready to get your hands dirty in new initiatives, running events, setting up partnership programs, and experimenting with new channels. 

On the creative side, you’ll help coordinate amazing event funnels. On the analytical side, you’ll be tracking the company’s virality metrics to determine whether the changes we make are adding value.

The Role

  • Create, manage, and launch events around the world focused on Recovero and Ecommerce
  • Revamp our existing partnerships program and take it to the NEXT level! Increase our partners by 10x then 100x as we continue scaling around the world.
  • Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Boost brand awareness locally and in specific cities by launching outreach programs and mobilizing our existing partners
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams 
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends


  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • You must absolutely LOVE engaging with people and you should be VERY outgoing
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Hands on experience with social media management
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
